Joint Genesis Refund Policy

This website does not process orders. Refunds are handled by the seller and by ClickBank, the retailer. The rules below are the seller's own, as published on its refund page.
The 180-day guarantee
- Every package is covered, and the 180 days are counted from the order date, not the delivery date.
- It is an "empty bottle" guarantee: you return only the remaining unopened bottles. Opened or empty bottles do not need to be returned.
- Contact support within 180 days of your order with your first name, last name, order email and order confirmation number.
- You pay the return shipping.

When you get your money back
According to the seller, the refund arrives up to 5 to 7 business days after the bottles are received.
